Capay's Harvest

Capay General Store first opened in 1936 as a hardware store. It has gone through many transitions over the years, from penny candies to car shows. In 2018 Amanda Metzger bought the business to continue the legacy. Thad and Amanda are locals to Capay and have three children. Mandi is a recipe developer born and raised in Northern California who loves offering real food with real ingredients. Now Capay’s Harvest is a restaurant, deli, bakery and grocery store. With beautiful views of the mountains and good old fashion family style design, Capay’s is the place you want to be. We believe in life slowed down and meals around the table. From monthly car shows to weekly burger nights, there are plenty of opportunities to stop by for a visit.
